The ENRON Incident

The Enron Incident is one that has and will continue to significantly affect financial markets and financial accounting. All Managers should pay close attention to what is happening while keeping in mind the roles that financial information and auditors play in financial markets. I have tried to examine the Enron Incident in an article (in Turkish) I wrote for the Glokal Magazine of the METU Management Club. I am also planning to write another article dealing with Informational Asymmetries, Agency Theory, Signalling, and the role Reputation Capital.
